   In this method, a typist finds the key on the keyboard first and then press it to type. This is a traditional typing method for computer learners.

3. Hybrid Typing

   This is a combination of Touch & Hunt - Peck Typing techniques. In this method a typist useses both methods to type. It is a good technique for those, who have a strong grip on touch typing but have few weak keys. For example, if a person has U a weak key, he/she can type rest of the keys using Touch typing techniques but for U, he can look at the keyboard and then type press the U key.

4. Buffering Typing

   In the typing method, typist first read the statement or sentences (from paper) which is to be typed and remember it. And then type it by pressing keys while looking at the keyboard . It is a kind of Hunt & Peck typing method. It is good for the typists who have a sharp memory and can remember the longer sentences just by looking at them.
